Delivery is FREE to the address you specifywhen booking your hire.
When ordering with HireGPS.co.uk we try to make sure that we send the unit out up to 5 days beforehand**. This allows you time to test out the unit, pre-load your planned destinations and get used to how the Sat Nav works.
On your return we allow you 5 days to return the Sat Nav back to us so you don’t have to rush to post it back as soon as return.
These extra days are free so do not count as part of your chargeable rental period.** Please note in busy rental periods this is not guaranteed but we will try our hardest to get the Sat Nav to you 5 days prior travel.
We include a return bag which is all ready for you to place the satnav in, seal up and take down to your local post office.
We will supply full return instructions and packing how to return the hire unit however it is at the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage, we do not supply pre-paid returns labels.
Our delivery services are carried out by Interlink Express and Royal Mail. The decision on which courier to use will be made by HireGPS independent on the delivery service selected.
If you do have a preference to a courier service, please call the office on 01626 336007 and we can try to deal with your request. We can not however gurantee this preference in delivery company.
All orders needed on a next day delivery service must be placed before 4pm. Any orders placed after 4pm will be sent on a next working day service the day after.
All transactions placed with our Reserve & Collect service will be contacted when the item is available to be collected from your chosen stores. If you would like to trace the status of this, please call the 01392 336007 for more details.
